I had never had dandruff in my life before getting dreads. In all fairness, they DID try to warn me. I had read all about the likelihood of getting dandruff after new dreads on the internet. But I think I thought I would be that one person who was spared, you know? Newsflash: I wasn’t. Hey, dandruff happens, man. And when it does, you have Xfoliate. This stuff genuinely works. It may not solve your dandruff problem completely after one application, but it will get rid of most of the white stuff in your hair, at least for awhile while your scalp recovers from the shock of having dreadlocks installed. My dandruff disappeared after 4 weeks with weekly applications of Xfoliate. Yours can too!

Xfoliate has been designed to help with dandruff and dry scalps often associated with dreads. Your scalp goes through several changes when you have dreads installed, and this can sometimes exacerbate a condition called Malassezia.  Malassezia is a fungus that is found naturally on all scalps, however when we apply changes to our scalp (such as having dreadlocks installed), this condition can become irritated and often needs a stimuli to help put it back into natural alignment.  Using Xfoliate can help to move the dandruff, and condition the scalp. Apply Xfoliate 10 minutes before washing, massage into scalp, and leave. Wash off with any of the LSA dread shampoo range for a happy healthy dreadlock.
